Apponitments: In order to ensure that youe next appointment is at just the time that you desire, we recommend that you schedule it before you leave the salon.
Cancellation: The services you select and the time you want them performed are reserved especially for you. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours prior notice is required for any cancellation. Appointments made, but not kept or cancelled, are charged at 50% of normal price for the services you booked.
Time lines: To allow you unhurries services for you and the customers who follow you, we request that you arrive promptly for all appointments.
Sundays: For special occasions, the salon may be opened on Sundays or before or after normal hours. Speak with the salon manager about the availability and pricing.
Children: To ensure a relaxing atmosphere and the most efficient service for all, we must ask the children remain in the reception area under adult supervision, unless they are receiving services.
Salon Robes: For your protection, we offer changing gowns and ask that they be worn during any chemical service. We are not responsible for any stained clothing.
Groups: Group reservation must be held with the a major credit card, which will be charged unless we recevice 48 hour prior notice of any cancelation.
Service Satisfaction: We proudly stand behind all of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied , bring it our attention within seven days of your last visit, so we can do our best to ansure that you are fully satisfied.
